Established in October 2021, Three Food Memories is a podcast where our host, Savva Savas, literally breaks bread with his guests to discuss memories that reveal far more about themselves than simply the food they’ve tasted.
Our goal at Three Food Memories is to establish a global foundation where people reconnect with food.
Our episodes, whether recorded with a live audience or in-person, take our listeners on a journey through time, taste, and tummy-rumbling laughs to all corners of the globe.

Savva Savas is a hospitality impresario and magnetic storyteller at the heart of Australia’s culinary scene. For over 25 years, through his company PLATED, Savva has curated unforgettable dining experiences—crafted with precision and soul—for some of the country’s most exclusive and intimate gatherings.
Fuelled by a deep belief in food’s power to unite and inspire, Savva launched the Three Food Memories podcast—a platform for heartfelt conversations about how food shapes our identities, our connections, and the world around us. His mission? To spotlight the profound, personal stories that emerge when we ask: “What are your three food memories?”
Born to Greek Cypriot parents, Savva’s early life unfolded in Sydney and on a family farm on the Central Coast, where paddock-to-plate wasn’t a trend, but a way of life. The rituals of food, the warmth of shared meals, and the joy of celebration became the emotional architecture of his childhood - and continue to guide his work today.
Savva’s voice and vision have been recognised in The Sydney Morning Herald, Australian Gourmet Traveller, Belle Magazine, Vogue Australia, GQ Australia, Vivid Ideas, SBS, and the Deep in the Weeds podcast network.
