Growing up in a Fijian household, the kitchen was where family gathered, traditions were passed down, and recipes became a way of preserving culture. In this conversation, Fuzz shares how those early experiences shaped his love of cooking, why authentic Fijian flavours deserve to be celebrated, and what inspired him to open Fiji Pantry in Australia.

He runs cooking workshops including one coming up later this year called "Cooking for Independence," which is all about using the kitchen as a place to build confidence.
